All claims undertaken via any of our partner firms will be subject to a success fee that will be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions of that particular firm. In all cases this will be charged on a no-win, no-fee* basis. You will always have at least a 14 day cooling off period during which time you may cancel the contract any time without charge, after that time cancellation may result in a cancellation fee being charged, this will differ depending on the firm and the stage at which the claim is cancelled.
