Most claims handled through Tremont Legal are conducted on a No Win, No Fee* basis.

This means that you will only pay a success fee if your claim is successful and compensation is recovered.

Our success fees are calculated in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s regulatory fee caps and are clearly explained in your client agreement before you decide to proceed.

Where your claim is referred to an appropriately authorised specialist firm within our regulated structure, their fee terms will be clearly disclosed to you in advance.

You will always receive a minimum 14-day cooling-off period from the date your agreement is entered into. During this time, you may cancel without charge.

If you choose to cancel after the cooling-off period, a reasonable fee may apply depending on the work undertaken up to that point. Full details are provided in your client agreement.

We believe in transparency, and you will never be asked to proceed without clear written confirmation of fees and terms.
