Initial Enquiry
This is the point at which you contact us to discuss whether you may have a financial or scam-related claim. We assess the circumstances of your loss — whether arising from unsuitable advice, mis-selling, or fraud — and advise on your potential options.
Client Onboarding
If we believe there are reasonable grounds to proceed, we will issue your agreement and provide full details of the next steps. We will also begin gathering the necessary background information relevant to your claim.
Information Gathering
At this stage, we obtain and review relevant documentation, communications, transaction records, and regulatory information. In scam and bank liability cases, this may include assessing whether appropriate fraud prevention and reimbursement standards were followed.
Claim Submission
Once sufficient evidence has been gathered, your claim will be formally submitted to the relevant firm, financial institution, or responsible party. We will keep you informed of progress and advise if further information is required.
Claim Outcome
You will be informed whether your claim has been upheld. If the outcome is unsuccessful, we will advise whether escalation — such as referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service — may be appropriate.
Claim Completion
If your claim is successful, compensation will be paid in accordance with the outcome. If the matter concludes without recovery, we will explain the final position and your available options moving forward.
